PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS:

• Complete the online Field Testing Program application to be considered for the program
• Sign and adhere to the participation agreement
• Meet our age requirement (18 years or older)
• Provide honest, detailed feedback and complete online testing surveys by required deadlines
• Provide digital pictures if asked
• Only volunteer to Field Test garments that are safe for your working environments
• Notify the Field Testing Team if any garment becomes a safety concern, is an incorrect fit, if you have a change in work situation, or any other problem that may arise
• Return product to Carhartt, Inc. upon request (we will provide all shipping materials/postage)
• Return product if no longer interested in the Field Testing Program
• Have reliable access to the Internet as that's how we will be keeping in touch with you
